Index Support and Resistance for Tuesday, 3/15/2016

Below you will find the Index Support and Resistance for Tuesday, 3/15/2016 as calculated from the changes in Index points through Monday, 3/14/2016’s close.  We are counting down to Quadruple Witching Friday … then to 3/31/2016 … the last trading day in the first quarter of 2016.  While most of us are sleeping, the rest of the world is awake.  Asian stocks are falling, the Japanese Yen gains as BOJ maintains its QE rates Policy, Crude prices drop, the Chinese Yuan weakens, …   The BOJ maintained a negative policy rate and kept its target for increasing the monetary base unchanged. and Asian traders are like toddlers throwing a temper tantrum.

The focus now is on the FOMC … and make no mistake, the whole world is watching

USA banks sold their bonds to the Fed.  They didn’t get cash … just zeros and ones in the Fed’s computers for which they are getting paid billions in interest.  Easy money.  No risk.  No expansion in dollars on the street.  We’re getting low paying jobs growth … but not the skilled manufacturing growth that brings USA GDP growth and USA wage growth …. which would make the consumer feel better about spending money.  Mr. & Ms. Fickle Markets have trashed investors trading and retirement accounts and so now way too many people are sitting out of the markets … afraid to lose more money.
I’m not running for President, or any other political office; but, we need to dump the politicians and put business people in Congress with a mandate to run the USA government like a business for the benefit of the taxpayers.  I’d make trade real simple, one for one math,  … China … if you buy a billion dollars of USA products … you can ship a billion dollars of your products to the USA.  OPEC … you made it real clear you want to bankrupt USA shale crude Exploration and production companies … so you can then raise prices.  That’s unfair competition … no different than dumping steel, or pipe, et cetera.  So, OPEC, you must apply to the USA for an export/import license for any crude you sell to USA companies.  License fee:  $10 per barrel (23.8c per gallon)  to pay for costs you are imposing on the USA taxpayers … like unemployment expenses for the USA citizens you are putting out of work.
